Hostmem is a Chinese VPS service provider. The VPS it provides is divided into dynamic cloud and classic cloud. The dynamic cloud hardware is billed by the hour and the traffic is used on demand; while the classic cloud is the same as our commonly used VPS. Based on the KVM architecture, orders are placed on a monthly or annual basis.
