The hosting provider has online customer service. I asked their online customer service for a test IP. They were friendly and responded quickly. OVH's hosts are all DDoS protected. In addition to KVM, the hosting provider also has OpenVZ, a shared IP for $3 a year. But it’s the same problem. OVH’s domestic access speed is average. If you are a domestic visitor to the site, you’d better avoid it.
