WaveCom.ee is a foreign hosting provider registered in 2001. It started operating independent servers in 2007 and opened a new data center in 2011, focusing on VPS and cloud servers. The data center is in Estonia , an unpopular area. The VPS provided by the hosting provider is based on the KVM architecture. Currently, two packages are provided in LEB, with monthly payments starting from as low as 5 euros.

The VPS provided by WaveCom.ee also supports IPv6. The host uses 2x Intel Xeon E5-2670 CPU, 128GB memory, dual 10Gbps network ports (VPS host is limited to 100M), my local China Telecom tried pinging, about 250-260ms, which is within the acceptable range. The line is China-Netherlands-Sweden-Estonia.
