Because the KVM host only has Phoenix computer room, the Los Angeles test IP is not provided, and OpenVZ is opened in the Los Angeles computer room. According to the introduction of the hosting provider, they also support Alipay payment. If you are interested, you can try it. In fact, I personally recommend using PayPal to pay, as it is easier to resolve disputes.
