Event time: May 16th to June 20th, 2019, five games a day (09:00, 11:00, 14:00, 16:00, 19:00)
Target audience: Domestic website users who have registered on the official website of Tencent Cloud and completed real-name authentication can participate (except for collaborators)
1. Flash sale discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, and vouchers cannot be used;
2. If the payment for the order is not completed within 60 minutes, the order will automatically expire. Please pay as soon as possible after placing the order; if the order is canceled after reaching the purchase quantity and frequency limit, the purchase qualification for the corresponding number of purchases will be restored within 5 minutes;
3. The same user (the same mobile phone, email address, and real-name authentication user is considered the same user) can only select 1 product and purchase 1 unit per flash sale. The same user can flash sale up to 10 times for each configured product; the CDN traffic package is limited to the same user. 1 instant kill;
4. Among the flash sale products, the exclusive models for new users can only be purchased by new Tencent Cloud users (with no order records or the order total is 0). Each account is limited to 1 unit, and can be sold for up to 1 flash sale; the exclusive models for enterprise users are only available for purchase. Only available for purchase by Tencent Cloud enterprise users, not limited to new and old customers, and each account is limited to 5 units;
5. After the purchase is completed, downgrading is not allowed, nor is it supported to upgrade first and then downgrade; configuration upgrades and renewals are performed according to the normal purchase process on the official website;
6. Flash sale products do not support refunds; prices will vary depending on the purchased configuration and region; the region cannot be adjusted after purchase;

9. Security group: The active cloud server/database does not configure a security group. You can use the cloud server/database console to create, view, update, delete, etc., and manage security groups and security group rules;
10. In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the activities, Tencent Cloud has the right to take back cloud resources from users who maliciously snatch event resources (such as through technical means such as programs), have long-term idle resources, or use resources to engage in illegal activities.
