If the product does not support self-service refunds, you can submit a work order in the corresponding product work order category to apply for return and refund. 3. 2) The system disks included in the active cloud server are all 50G high-performance cloud hard disks. If expansion is required, the system disk will take effect after reinstalling the system. For details, please refer to Cloud Server Reinstalling the System; if you need to store more business data, it is recommended to create Cloud hard disk storage, please refer to cloud hard disk for details;
4. 3) The active cloud server supports switching from bandwidth-based billing to flow-based billing. Careful consideration must be made based on resource usage before switching. If you apply for a bandwidth refund, if the remaining balance is greater than 0 yuan, it will be refunded to the Tencent Cloud account according to the payment method (cash/gift money); if you switch back to billing by bandwidth after switching, you need to purchase bandwidth according to the price listed on the official website;
5. 4) The active cloud server supports private network A switching to private network B. For details, please refer to the cloud server private network switching service;
6. 5) The active cloud server does not configure a security group. You can use the cloud server console to create, view, update and delete operations, and manage security groups and security group rules. Please refer to the cloud server security group overview;
7. 6) The cloud server in Hong Kong, China does not support Linux and Winndows system interchange when reinstalling the system;
8. 2. Cloud database:
9. 1) The active cloud database uses asynchronous replication;
10. 2) The active cloud database does not configure security groups. You can use the cloud database console to create, view, update and delete operations, and manage security groups and security group rules. Please refer to the cloud database security group overview;
11. 3. SMS package:
12. 1) The SMS package can only be used for domestic text messages, excluding voice messages and international/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan SMS;
13. 2) Please understand the Tencent Cloud SMS Service Agreement in detail before purchasing the SMS package. If the agreement is violated, Tencent Cloud has the right to take measures such as restricting, suspending or terminating services, and blocking accounts, and no unsubscription/refund will be granted;
14. 4. CDN traffic package:
15. 1) CDN traffic packages are only available for domestic traffic deductions and are not applicable to traffic generated by overseas acceleration;

18. 1) The COS resource package takes effect immediately upon purchase;

20. 3) The COS standard storage capacity package can only be used to deduct storage fees for standard storage types; the downstream traffic package can only be used to deduct the cost of external network downstream traffic; the archive storage capacity package can only be used to deduct direct archives or settle COS through the COS life cycle function. Storage charges for the archive storage type of the archive;
21. 4) When a user account is in arrears (the account balance is less than 0), regardless of whether it is in the effective period of the resource package, COS will stop services 24 hours after the arrears;
