Didn't I share the product discount information of SpartanHost during Black Friday, which aroused everyone's heated discussion (of course there was also controversy). In the end, out of curiosity, Hao VPS also ordered a low-profile product to try. At that time The product was not activated immediately. I submitted a work order for prompting, and they responded 2 hours later and activated the VPS host for me (compared to the 4-minute response to my last work order, which was indeed longer, but it was still within the acceptable range. After all, during Black Friday). SpartanHost uses the Virtualizor management panel. I have not used this panel much before. I will take this opportunity to walk through the basic use of the panel with you.
The package I purchased this time is HDD Seattle KVM2cores/512MB/24GB/1.5TB/1IPv4, and the IP segment is 202.5.31.*

Our main concern is the specific VPS management page. Please look at the picture below:
spartanhost_cp
The Chinese version is clear at a glance. Starting from the top, the first item displays the operating system, and the second item displays the power options, including Power on and off, restart, etc. The third item is VPS status, host name, IP, etc. The fourth item with white characters on a red background is the current date and time.
The most important part is in the central "VPS Management", which includes host name, change password, IP address, VPS configuration options, SSH, VNC, VNC Password, reinstall OS, one-click installation control panel, Rescue Mode , recipes, monitoring, status log, log, Self Shut Down, Tasks, etc. There are a total of 16 function menus, which I will describe separately.
I don’t need to explain the host name and changing the password. Everyone knows that changing the password refers to changing the root password, which can only be done on Linux systems;
IP address: You can view the current IP. If there are multiple IPs, you can Set any one of them as the main IP;
VPS configuration options: This is a very critical part. You can set the startup sequence, choose to mount the ISO, select the network card, etc.
spartanhost_iso
Depending on the situation, there are many ISOs to choose from, such as XP, win7, 203, 2008, etc., and there is also a Chinese version. It is estimated that the host provider supports providing its own ISO to help mount. Otherwise, why are there so many ISOs piled in it? If you need to install through ISO, this will be especially useful (to be honest, I didn't notice this at first, and I installed 2008 in the silly DD method).
SSH: Used in Linux systems,
VNC: Everyone should be familiar with this. Even if the network card setting is wrong, you can log in to the system through vnc and change it back.
VNC Password: You can modify the VNC password
Reinstall OS: You can reinstall the system with one click
One-click installation of control panel: You can install some common panels under Linux systems such as CP, Webmin, VestaCP, etc. with one click
Rescue Mode: It’s easier to understand if you say it in Chinese. Rescue mode is a must-have for installing Windows in DD mode.
Recipes, monitoring, status logs, and logs: These are rarely used, but the translation of the recipe is too awkward. Impressive
Self Shut Down: Automatic shutdown, you can set a time to automatically shut down
Tasks: This left menu also has the same
The bottom and right sides of the entire panel are usage and statistical information, such as Traffic, CPU and other usage information.

postscript

After I got it, I was bored and installed Windows 2008 on it. I tried the one-click installation without success. If you have the opportunity, you can also try to install through ISO, and you can choose more systems.
