SonicVPS was opened by a Chinese, using BuyVM's machine and IP, the one above KVM host providers have provided many Linux distribution ISOs, and they can also help customer service to upload their own ISOs (the order page has written that it is linux only). I got one when it was available for Windows for $3.5 at the earliest, and the online rate was very good.
