The test IP of the merchant is pingable in my local Southwest Telecom. However, the line quality of foreign hosts in various places should be subject to local actual measurements. There are too many examples of others using it well and getting packet loss themselves. It is impossible. Get a broadband connection. All hosts support IPv6, and KVM hosts support Windows systems. The website states that they support 24/7 support, but I saw a reply from LET: Opened a ticket Aug. 21st, still waiting for an answer...Oh! The machines in the Netherlands are probably more loosely managed in terms of content. If you don’t have much pressure to pay monthly, you can get one and try it out.
