INVS.ru is a Russian hosting provider. The website says it started in 1999, and the domain name seems to have been registered since 2007. The merchant website provides virtual hosting, VPS, independent servers and other products. The website defaults to Russian, and you can switch to English or Chinese in the upper right corner (the Chinese translation is not very thorough). The monthly payment for the lowest VPS host from the hosting provider starts at 49 rubles, which is equivalent to only 5.18 yuan in RMB.

The above hosts are set up in Moscow, Russia, and all have unlimited traffic. Please note that they have two account center addresses: bill.invs.ru and lk.invs.ru. The package I listed is from the former, and the price is cheaper. You can choose the Chinese language on the main website of the hosting provider. As shown in the screenshot, you can choose CHI. However, the translation is not complete. There is a WeChat group QR code at the bottom of the Chinese page. When I scanned it, there were only more than 10 people. The merchant supports PayPal. For recharge, VPS provides IPv6, and there are some pure IPv6 packages in the product list.
