Gravatars was first used in Wordpress and is now widely used in Web 2.0 services. The latest versions of gmail and QQ mailboxes support Gravatars. The full name of Gravatars is Globally Recognized Avatars. Avatar means an icon or image. When translated into Chinese, it means a globally recognized avatar or a universal avatar. When we leave a comment on the Wordpress blog, fill in the correct associated email address. This will be your avatar.

Click to start registration and fill in our email address.
Ok, after clicking Signup, the system will send an activation email to the email address you filled in. Click the activation link in the email and set the username and password options after activation.
Note that the username here can only have lowercase letters and numbers, and no spaces or punctuation marks. Next, we enter the management center and set our avatar.

Another difference is that Gravatars has four levels for avatars, which are:

We usually just select G. Selecting other options requires approval. After selecting, you will return to the interface in step 4, where you can see the new avatar.
