QuickPacket should be a reliable company. I have used their server for good VPS a long time ago. I still have a VPS host in my account and it has been online for a long time. After I started using a dedicated server, their technical response slowed down significantly (the response was really fast when I first bought it in 2012), which is why I wasn't satisfied. In other aspects, it's basically worth the price.
