BlueVM is a foreign VPS hosting provider that has appeared many times in the good VPS community. I personally think that the only advantage they have is that they are cheap. The above two packages must be paid annually, but I personally feel that BlueVM has little risk of running away with a good VPS (I specifically explain it in parentheses here, it is a personal opinion, not a basis for you to take action), currently There is only New York computer room. There will be multiple computer rooms in the future. You can submit a work order to a replacement computer room at any time (*). The price is low and the configuration is low. You need to re-enter.
