Good VPS WHT also responded to the hosting provider's post hoping to confirm the location of the data center. It is currently known that the test IP comes from coloat company, which provides 6 services including Los Angeles , Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas and Clifton. For servers in various regions, you can basically see traces of Los Angeles on the tracert line. I will update this article after the host company officially replies.
