BlueVM is an American VPS hosting provider established in 2011. It provides VPS products based on OpenVZ and KVM architecture. Data centers include Illinois, Kansas, and Pennsylvania. The VPS provided by BlueVM does not use our common SlousVM panel, but hypervm (HostRail, which was very cheap in 2010 and then ran away, also used this at that time Panel~), a bit like KLOXO, hehe. There are not many monthly payments at this price, so those who need to practice may still consider it.
