He did not mention the management panel used by the hosting provider, but under the Control Panel on the homepage he wrote Free WebSitePanel control panel. This WSP seems to be a panel under Windows. Can VPS be managed using this? Another important thing to note is that the host provider requires a setup fee of $4.99 for any payment period.
