Canada's domestic access speed is not very fast, mainly because it is cheap and supports monthly payment. I think it was the same speed when I first contacted VPS and applied for that free Czech VPS. Happy, ha! Also, there are three packages listed above. Except for the first one, which is cheap and suitable for practicing, the latter two packages are not cost-effective and are not recommended.
