ServeByDesign is a foreign VPS service provider established very early. The domain name has been registered since 2006, and it started working on hosting in 2007. It was only introduced to it by the Good VPS Tribe in 2012. I don’t understand why the hosting provider seems to be getting smaller and smaller. In 2012, I introduced him to a company that also provided virtual hosting, VPS and independent servers. Currently, it seems that the only product is VPS, which is based on the OpenVZ architecture and the computer room is PhoenixIOF.
Let’s take a $2 monthly payment package as an example and take a look at its configuration information.
CPU: 2 cores
Memory: 256MB
vSWAP: 512MB
Hard drive: 25GB/RAID10
Monthly traffic: 500GB/100Mbps
Virtual architecture: OpenVZ
IP/Panel: 1/SolusVM

The host company itself did not mention the data center in the advertisement. A good VPS has been established for so many years and at least it has its own AS number. Unexpectedly, I checked the test IP and it was the authentic Phoenix CityIOF. Really sad. Although the lowest one offered by the host provider is US$15/year, I suggest you go for the monthly payment model if you need it. US$2 is still quite cost-effective.
