CycloneServers is a foreign hosting provider established in November 2013. It provides virtual hosting and VPS products based on OpenVZ and KVM architecture. The data center is in North Carolina Carolina. Currently, the hosting provider releases a discount code on LET, with a discount of 40%. After the discount, the lowest package KVM1 starts with a monthly payment of only US$3.

I tried the order link, and it seems that the lowest model is only for Linux systems, and the KVM2 package supports Windows systems, and the monthly payment starts at only US$5.4 after discounts.

The hosting provider's discount code is applicable to the KVM architecture package. I am not sure whether the VPS uses the SolusVM panel. If anyone has purchased it, please let me know for confirmation. CycloneServers's machine is in Dacentec's North Carolina computer room, and the domestic access speed is average. In view of the large demand for Windows VPS, the information shared in the future, for example, products that support Windows with a monthly payment of less than 10 US dollars will mainly be based on packages that support Windows.
